As we approach the Year of the Horse, Better Chinese is excited to invite young learners and families to join our Year of the Horse Painting Campaign! 🌟
At Better Chinese, we believe that language learning, culture, and creativity go hand in hand. Through this art campaign, we hope to inspire students to explore Chinese culture while expressing themselves through imagination and color.
In Chinese culture, the horse represents energy, freedom, and perseverance—a wonderful theme for artists of all ages!
🖌️ How to Participate
Participants may choose either option:
- Color our official horse template (downlaod here), adapted from the cover of our 2026 Better Chinese Calendar, or
- Create an original artwork, painting or drawing the horse as they imagine it.
📩 Submission & Timeline
- Submit your artwork: Email your painting/drawing to usa@betterchinese.com
- Submission deadline: February 21, 2026 (Lunar Calendar: 初五)
- Public voting: February 22 – February 28 (Voting link coming soon)
- Results announced: February 23, Lantern Festival (元宵节) 🏮
