I have purchased several different types of materials in Mandarin, but this set of books is by far the best. The repetition, simple sentence structure, pinyin on each page, and included CD make this set invaluable for introducing little ones to Chinese. I highly recommend it!

We have tried the trial version of the online program, also, and my daughter loved them. She liked the animated songs the most. I think the entire program is easy to use, though some knowledge of Mandarin is very helpful.

I really like My First Chinese Words [our K-3 materials] because the lines in most of the stories are repetitive and…easy for kids to follow and read…My students enjoy the animation and the humor
