  It takes 2-3 working days to process your order and anywhere from 3-5 days to ship depending on the type of shipping you choose: UPS Ground (5 days) or UPS 3 day guaranteed. It would take 7-8 working days if you chose UPS Ground.

• International
  We will check alternative shipping costs to see if a less expensive mode can be found. It will be helpful if you can give us a specific shipping address and also the items and number of your estimated order. We will find the cheapest shipping solution and get back to you as soon as possible.

After you order, you will receive a confirmation email from our system, followed by an electronic invoice, and finally a shipping notice along with the tracking number for your order. When you contact us, please provide us your order number, so we can check for you.

You can return the products within two weeks after you receive them; however, media products cannot be returned once they are opened.

Online lessons and CD-ROMs both have animated lesson stories. But for the online lessons, it has interactive exercises and three more level-appropriate supplemental materials such as Magical Chinese, Fun Story and Song/Rhyme.

The Audio CD is reading along with our 36 little books in the My First Chinese Word set. The CD-ROM has animation of 36 stories corresponding to the 36 books. For Sing with Better Chinese CDs, there are 36 songs relating to the 36 stories for continuous learning.

• My First Chinese Words - Usually it takes five 45 minute classes or two 90 minute classes for 1 lesson. However, for the younger learners, you would design many more interesting cultural modules and games around the lesson, it usually takes roughly 1 year to complete 12 to 18 storybooks.
